Return & Exchange Policy

If within 7 days from the delivery date you change your mind, we are happy to offer you an option to exchange for the same item in a different size or color if available to offer store credit. We do not accept any returns or exchanges after the listed return window.

Once a return is initiated and the label is created, the package must be scanned by FedEx within seven (7) days. Please note that we require items to be returned to us via our preferred shipping service so that they are insured and protected. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges. 

Once we have received your return back, we will process it within five (5) business days. Your item must be sent with all tags attached, unaltered and the item must be in brand new, unworn, salable condition.

Upon approval, we will email you to confirm your refund to original form of payment, ship out in stock exchange items, or begin production on your new item. 

Any item purchased at a discounted or SALE price is a final sale and can not be returned.

Please contact our customer service on sibondiamonds@gmail.com within 7 days to discuss your return. Please provide your name, order number and reason for return.

Custom Pieces

Any custom or special order, personalized and made-to-order creations cannot be returned for exchange or refund. In certain cases, pieces may be exchanged.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact our customer service on sibondiamonds@gmail.com within 5 days.

 Warranty & Repairs

We stand behind the quality of our pieces. Within the 6 months of purchase, Si Bon Diamonds will correct any manufacturing or quality-related problems at no cost. Outside of 6 months time frame Si Bon Diamonds proudly will take in any piece for inspection. For any damages deemed a manufacturing defect or quality related issue, Si Bon Diamonds will repair at no cost to you. For any damages deemed normal wear and tear, a fee will be determined based on the assessment by our Jewelers. Once a fee is determined someone from Si Bon Diamonds will contact you to collect payment. 

This warranty does not cover issues that arise from normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: scratches, dents, stretched or kinked chains, misshapen bands, or cracked stones. Resizes, lost or stolen pieces are also not covered by this warranty.
